5/24 Burlington Country Club Hickory Tournament

4 man scramble with William using the hickory sticks! Rob was our third, and probably on the same level as me. Our 4th no showed. As a team we shot +6 I believe, but could’ve done way better with some practice shots with the driver and starting on different holes (we started on the early par 5, so we had to figure out the clubs on the birdie holes).

Lots of highlights from this one. Sand save and got up and down for par using a mashie niblick (I think), another long par putt, a William/Thomas combined birdie, and a TON of good approach shots with the wedges and such. About halfway through we had a streak of 6 or 7 holes played at par or better, and didn’t double any holes. A lot of fun! And if they do it again, I think a group of Thomas / William / Theodore / Jer could win.

5/19 Rolling Green Front 9

Weather delayed weekly playing for a bit, but finally got back on the course. Played with her from the whites again! Tough closing stretch, but the highlight was #3. Tee shot into the trap, got out, made the long putt for par. Good stuff!

4/28 - Simulator with Kristen

Tried out the simulator in Philly with Kristen! Played 9 at St. Andrew’s and did fairly well (+6) but with auto 2 putts. Some wonky tee shots, but that’s because of the actual tees the sim uses being weird

4/21 Rolling Green 18

Played from the whites with Jer! First round of the year, still cold and windy. Broke 100! Good way to start
